While NEW is an emerging developer, our leadership team brings over 80 years of institutional, compliance, financial, and real estate expertise to guarantee project execution, compliance, and fiduciary stewardship:
- Fiduciary Oversight & Federal Financial Underwriting: Led by our Director of Financial Strategic Initiatives, Kimberly Brazier (a U.S. Army Veteran with 14+ years in commercial, residential, and small business lending, plus former accounting tenure with the U.S. Department of Justice), alongside Treasurer Jennifer Beane (District Program Manager with a Master of Public Health who has directly secured and managed over $15 million in highly regulated state and federal grants). This guarantees flawless fund deployment and compliance.
- Real Estate Market & Property Operations Expertise: Led by Director of Training and Education, Jon W. Davis (a licensed residential and commercial real estate specialist with an academic background in Finance and Business Economics), and Board Secretary Lora Reynaud (a real estate operations professional with over 20 years of experience spanning commercial real estate portfolio administration at Cushman & Wakefield, residential property management, and legal compliance). This provides deep oversight for site acquisition and long-term asset stabilization.
- Technical Infrastructure, AI Operations, & Scale: Led by Vice Chairwoman Charly McCracken, an experienced marketing technology leader and AI practitioner with over two decades of project management expertise at PepsiCo and Assurant. Holding credentials in AI Prompt Engineering, Web Development, and a PMP certification, she directs NEW’s operational scaling, custom AI grant-writing tools, and community-facing tech training programs.
