The Financial Literacy and Home Ownership Training Program is designed to help participants who are looking to purchase a home within the next 12-18 months. The two components will provide you the training you will need to get your finances and credit score ready for review as well as have a thorough understanding of the entire home buying process including what to expect at the closing table.

You will be supported throughout your journey with training, workbooks, and planners. If you need more personal attention regarding your financial situation individual coaching sessions are available.

We use a membership pricing model. As you review the plans below, you can do the math to determine which one best meets your needs. Each component of the training is for a three-month period. If you want to participate in both the financial and homeownership components, your membership would be for six months with two billing cycles. This allows us to service more individuals and families and keep costs low.
