Presently, we have a foundational Board of Directors team in place that consists of experienced professionals from housing development, finance, and community development sectors, committed to sustainable workforce housing solutions. –> Meet Our Team
Local Community Partnerships
We began conversations with the City of Perry, economic development, community development, and the housing authority in late 2023, and have received their collaborative support through site identification assistance, property research guidance, and access to municipal resources as we advance the Kingdom Village development.
Land Acquisition
Thanks to the City of Perry’s Community Development team, we have identified a viable construction site for the Kingdom Village and are currently in the early stages of land negotiation and acquisition.
Board Expansion Process
In our expansion process, we are seeking to recruit experienced professionals from housing development, utilities, finance, and community leadership to enhance our organizational capacity.
Ground Breaking and Initial Development
We anticipate securing land, partnerships, and funding to position us for ground-breaking in Q3 2026. The initial development phase will begin with the 4 duplex units, followed by successive phases of single family homes.
